55-year-old Rangirkhari resident dies after his motorcycle collides with a parked truck

In a tragic turn of affairs, a 55-year-old Rangirkhari resident has lost his life. Sushit Ranjan Dey was on his way to Dholai where he was supposed to take part in a family function. As per available information, Near Janata College located in Kabuganj, he had to take a sharp turn in order to save a cyclist peddling from the other side.

After the sharp turn, Dey who was riding his motorcycle lost his control and went on to collide with a parked truck. The impact was hard and he started bleeding profusely.

The locals who saw the accident take place rushed Dey to Silchar Medical College and Hospital and there the doctors have declared him dead.

Sources in the Traffic Police department informed that Sushit Ranjan Dey was traveling to Dholai’s Sadagram area to attend a wedding in his in-laws’ place.
