110 packets of Yaba tablets seized by Police in Badarpur, Drug Mafia manages to escape

Police seized a large quantity of Yaba tablets in Badarpur. The smuggler managed to flee from the spot.

Badarpur located in Karimganj district is increasingly becoming a corridor for narcotic substances. Sometimes marijuana, sometimes recreational drugs are being smuggled through the place.

After the seizure of a large quantity of marijuana by the Badarpur Railway Police yesterday, the Badarpur police seized a huge of Yaba tablets early in the morning based on a tip-off.

The notorious drug mafia Dilwar Hussain (Kuti) of Badarpur managed to flee from the spot but police recovered 110 packets of Yaba tablets from his bag. Police has estimated that the seized Yaba tablets will be worth 10 lakh rupees in the international market.
