14-Year-Old Girl Dies by Suicide, Heartbreaking Note Shocks Udharbond

A 14-year-old girl from Gossaipur, Udharbond, allegedly died by suicide, leaving behind a note addressed to her mother. The incident reportedly took place on Thursday night, and her hanging body was discovered on Friday (March 28) morning.

A forensics team, accompanied by Cachar Police, found the seventh-grade student hanging from the ceiling with a scarf tied around her neck in a storeroom attached to their home.

A note that the 14-year-old allegedly wrote, addressed to her mother, was also found, in which she mentioned her failed relationship and stated that her mother would not have approved of the boy she loved, leading her to take this extreme step.

Upon being informed, the Udharbond police arrived at the scene, recovered the body, and sent it to Silchar Medical College and Hospital (SMCH) for a post-mortem examination.
