It benefits all stakeholders including patients who are the biggest beneficiary as it results in high quality of care and safety. They get services by medical staff with credentials. Their rights are protected and respected as well as their satisfaction is regularly evaluated.
Accreditation also boosts up the morale of the staff as it stimulates them for further improvement in their services. It also provides opportunity to the healthcare unit to benchmark with the best. An objective system of empanelment by insurance and other third parties is provided because of accreditation.
