Assam University’s VC, IG BSF Mizoram and Cachar frontier unveil inter-frontier Yoga Competition

Mizoram and Cachar Frontier, BSF Masimpur, Silchar is organising the BSF Inter Frontier Yoga Competition- 2022, scheduled to be held from 26 to 29 September, 2022 at the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Silchar (Assam).

Teams including women of 11 BSF Frontiers from all over India are participating in this Yoga Competition and events like Yogasana,

Artistic single Yoga, Artistic Pair Yoga, Rhythmic Yoga and Free flow Yoga dance will be performed by team. The objective of the BSF Inter Frontier Yoga Competition-2022 is to be help in the overall wellness of BSF Jawans and to improve one’s concentration, calmness, peace and as stressbusters for BSF Jawans in their daily routine.

Today the event was inaugurated by Chief Guest Prof. Rajive Mohan Pant, Vice Chancellor of Assam University, Silchar in the presence of Sh Binay Kumar Jha, IG BSF, Mizoram and Cachar Frontier and all Frontiers Yoga teams march-past and cultural activities were performed during the opening ceremony.
