ABVP’s 77th Foundation Day: Formation of Silchar Mahanagar Unit Held

To mark the 77th Foundation Day of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), a “Samman Samaroh” (Felicitation Ceremony) was organised in Silchar on Thursday (July 9). The event honoured meritorious students from various fields in recognition of their achievements.

Eminent guests present at the ceremony included Ratan Kumar Das, Arpan Chakraborty, and Diya Shil. In their addresses, they emphasised the role of ABVP in shaping the future of the student community and extended their best wishes to the newly constituted unit.

A key highlight of the programme was the formal announcement of the newly formed Silchar Mahanagar Unit, along with the introduction of its office-bearers:
