Assam Government confers Karmashree award to Barail Eco Camp of Cachar

The state government has started a new chapter in Barak Valley alley by confering Karmashree award to Barail Eco Camp in Cachar. Assam Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma handed over this special honor to Cachar DFO Tejas Mariswamy in a grand ceremony held on Saturday.

Udharbond Range Officer alongwith Madhura beat officer Sachin Rajkumar and Dholai Range Officer Uttamananda Goswami received the Karmashree Award from the hands of the Chief Minister.

On this occasion, the forest staff including the divisional top officers were felicitated in a ceremony organised by the district Forest Department at the Indragarh beat office adjacent to Barail Eco Camp on Sunday. The officials of Cachar District Forest Department expressed their thanks and gratitude to the Chief Minister for honoring Barail Eco Camp with the Karmashree Award.
