Naman Jain, President of MYM Silchar Uday, opened the event with a warm introduction, setting the stage for an insightful day ahead. Sucharita Dhar, the founder of Shantica Consulting Services, took the stage as the main speaker. Dhar captivated the audience with her knowledge and experience in the field, discussing the skills required in today’s job market and how to transform passions into successful careers. She emphasized the importance of diversifying income streams and shared various strategies to achieve this.
