Class 12 AHSEC results live at 9 AM: 80% passed from Barak Valley, How to check the results?
The results of the class 12 examination by the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council will be released today. The council released the result gazette this morning. The marksheets will be live across different websites at 9 AM. Dr Ranoj Pegu, the state’s Education Minister informed the same through a tweet last night. 19,770 students passed the exam from Barak Valley this year.
The students can check the results of the examination from the following websites:
resultassam.nic.in and ahsec.assam.gov.in.
Steps to check the results:
Step 1: Visit the official websites – ahsec.assam.gov.in, resultsassam.nic.in.
Step 2: On the homepage click on the result link.
Step 3: Enter your details like name, date of birth and roll number or registration number.
Step 4: The result will appear on the screen.

The Android App “Upolobdha” can also be used to access the results.
This will help the students download their provisional mark sheet. The original will be shared by the school later.
In the Arts stream, the pass percentage for Cachar this year is 74.21%, 88.07% of students of Karimganj and 81.21% of students of Hailakandi, passed the examination.
In the Commerce stream, 86.46% of students passed the exam from Cachar. The pass percentage of Hailakandi is 80.71% and 83.53% for Karimagnj district.
In the Science stream, 82.30% of students of Cachar, 80.22% of students of Hailakandi and 87.54% of students of Karimganj passed the exam this year.
A total of 24440 students sat for the exam this year from Barak Valley and 19770 passed the exam.
The overall performance of the students in Assam has improved this year for all the streams.
AHSEC conducted the Class 12 final examination from February 12 to March 13 across the state. This year, a total of 2,80,216 candidates appeared for the exam, including 1,39,486 boys and 1,42,732 girls. The exam was held across 876 exam centres
