‘Dolchhut’ celebrates World Music Day, Fest starts today with ‘GAAN FACE TO FACE’

As we all know that 21st June is celebrated as World Music Day and keeping that in picturesque , “Dolchut” has been organising events to celebrate the day of music lovers.
And to be precise it might be an event of Dolchut but people of all age bar are equally excited throughout the year for their events.

The best thing about the team of Dolchut is that, they prefer to uplift the hidden talents of the valley rather than highlighting artists from outside . They have been working since 2008. Even the trend of celebrating World Music Day was started by  Dolchut. The team has always been exceptional. They have been experimenting with music and youths and their result of experiments has always been praiseworthy.
From past one month they have started the preparation and the start was bang on with a beautiful video announcing their fest date officially.

From a press meet on Wednesday, the team of Dolchut announced that This year their fest will begin from 20th June i.e, today itself and will end on 23rd June. The total package of 3 days programme is going to be a spark. On an average this year approximately 200 people are participating including youths from various field and talented musicians of this valley.

Today, there is an open programme at Goldighi Mall from 6:30 pm onwards which they named as “ GAAN FACE TO FACE “ where there will be various bands and individual performance as well. Anybody willing to be a part of the programme by their song are wholeheartedly welcome, said the organisers.

Dibyendu shome, Debasish Chakraborty, Subho Deb, Biswaraj Bhattacharjee, Sandeep Bhattacharjee, Sayan Biswas, Subhan Das and Tony Das were present the in the press meet and they have given a detailed information about events of each day.
