Significantly, each team must include at least three Under-16 players in their playing XI. Eligibility is restricted to players born on or after September 1, 2005, and participants must submit their Aadhar card and birth certificate before the matches begin.
The tournament promises exciting rewards, including a cash prize of Rs. 15,000 for the champion team and Rs. 10,000 for the runners-up, along with numerous individual awards to acknowledge exceptional performances.
Matches will adhere strictly to BCCI guidelines, and organisers have provisioned a protest fee of Rs. 2000, requiring formal submission within two hours after a match’s conclusion. In the event of interruptions, a minimum of 10 overs per side will be considered a valid match.
The tournament will culminate with the final match between the group toppers from two distinct groups on March 29, with March 30 reserved as an additional day in case of unforeseen circumstances.
The India Club Silchar invites cricket enthusiasts and supporters to join the celebration and witness young talents from across the Barak Valley competing in this prestigious cricketing event.
