Minister Pijush Hazarika distributes cycles to Class 9 students at Silchar Police Parade Ground, Prophesies Modi’s third term victory

Assam Cabinet Minister Pijush Hazarika distributed bicycles to Class 9 students during a programme held at the Police Parade Ground in Silchar today. Minister Hazarika, who is currently on a three-day visit to the Barak Valley, oversaw the distribution of cycles as part of a special scheme initiated by the Chief Minister. This programme marks a significant milestone, as the Assam Government has now distributed a staggering 3,70,000 cycles to Class 9 students across the entire state.

Addressing the students, Minister Hazarika extended a promise on behalf of the government, ensuring that none of them will face any difficulties or hardships in pursuing their education. His words of encouragement resonated with the young recipients, offering them the means to reach their schools conveniently.

The Minister also shared his political predictions with reporters. He prophesied that Narendra Modi would secure his third term as Prime Minister in office following the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Concurrently, he anticipated that the Congress party’s presence in Assam would be significantly diminished, possibly nearing zero, signalling a potential shift in the political landscape of the state.
