Raj Driving School’s Raj Mazumdar arrested again for allegedly kidnapping a 14-year-old girl

Raj Mazumdar, owner of Raj Driving School is again making headlines. This time he has been arrested for kidnapping a 14-year-old girl. This is the same Raj Mazumdar who was in the news last year for allegedly kidnapping the daughter of industrialist Mansur Alom Mazumdar – the owner of Yamaha Showroom in Silchar among other businesses. Last time, the girl went on camera and claimed that she had intentionally eloped with Raj Mazumdar and they are happily married.

Today, the father of a 14-year-old is pleading to the Police to go and rescue his daughter from the trap of Raj Mazumdar. An FIR was lodged, based on which the Police arrested Mazumdar yesterday. In the FIR, the complainant wrote that Mazumdar kidnapped their daughter while she was returning from tuition.

The Police informed that a Kidnapping case has been lodged against Mazumdar and the Police are investigating the matter. “At this stage, our only demand to the administration is to rescue the child from the custody of Raj Mazumdar,” stated the girl’s father.
