SEBA announces class X routine; Exam from May 11 to June 1

As mentioned by the education minister of Assam, Himanta Biswa Sarma, the High School Leaving Certificate Examination (HSLCE) will kickstart from May 11, 2021. The examination will take place at respective centres and the candidates will have to answer in pen and paper.

The examination will start on May 11 with English. The Secondary Education Board of Assam has announced the time table earlier today. The board stated that the practical examinations will take place on March 4, and March 5, 2021.

The board has made certain changes to the norms as far as practical examinations are concerned. “Examination of all practical subjects will be held in the examination centre from where the candidates appear in theory subjects for the same. This year the practical examination will not be held in the venues,” stated a notice issued by Nayan Jyoti Sarmah, controller of examination.

The theory examinations have been scheduled in morning and evening batches. The morning test will begin at 9:00 am and continue till 12:00 noon. The first test is at 9:00 am on May 11. The theory examinations end with MIL test on June 1, 2021.
