Silchar Medical College Principal Dr. Babul Bezbaruah transferred; “Will never forget love and respect,” he reacts

When Silchar Medical College and Hospital was torn apart with reports of corruption within the administration, and the top officers were chased by Police Officials, Dr. Babul Bezbaruah came in as a messiah with the mandate to clean up.

Since he joined, Silchar Medical College and Hospital, the facility improved leaps and bounds. Silchar now has an active neurology department with a professional neurologist, a cardiology department with a professional Cardiologist, a Cath Lab.

May 9, 2023, just as the day was about to turn, the Principal cum Chief Superintendent, Dr. Babul Bezbaruah posted on Facebook, “After 4 years 9 month of service in Silchar Medical College as Principal cum Chief Superintendent ic it’s time to say Good Bye to Barak Valley.”

He added, “Will never forget the love and respect shown to me during my tenure. Tried to do my best during my tenure. Please forgive me if anything wrong done by me.”

Through his post he informed that he will be joining as Principal cum Chief Superintendent of Nalbari Medical College soon.
