A comparison of turnout trends shows that Sribhumi is leading among the three Barak Valley districts with 74.31% turnout as of 3 PM, followed closely by Cachar at 73.80%, while Hailakandi remains the lowest at 69.06%. A similar pattern was observed earlier at 1 PM, when Sribhumi had recorded 58.60%, Cachar 58.01%, and Hailakandi lagged behind at 54.00%. While all three districts have witnessed a significant rise in voter participation through the afternoon hours, the relative positions have remained unchanged, indicating consistently higher engagement in Sribhumi and comparatively lower turnout in Hailakandi throughout the day.

Polling has largely remained peaceful across the Barak Valley, with voters continuing to arrive at polling stations in steady numbers. However, reports of some disturbances have emerged from some constituencies, which are yet to be officially confirmed. Further verified updates are awaited.
