Three riding on a motorcycle met with an accident; Two died on the spot in Kabuganj, 1 critical

In a tragic turn of affairs, two young boys riding on a motorcycle have died on the spot. The fatal accident occurred in Kabuganj’s Nagdigram area earlier today.

As per available information, three young boys were riding on a motorcycle. As it was speeding on its way towards Sonai from Kabuganj, it collided with the rear end of a parked 407 truck. All three of them fell off from the motorcycle and were lying flat on the road.

The locals informed Sonai Police station about the accident. “All three of them were riding on Bajaj Pulsar AS 11 N 5643 motorcycle when they met with the accident. The Police officials rushed to the spot and recovered two dead bodies. One wounded was rushed to the hospital,” informed officer in charge Manoj Rajbongshi.

The two deceased have been identified as Titan Das and Bishal Chandra Dam. Shekhar Nath was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.

According to the Police report, all three of them are resident of Tulagram Part II area. Titan Das is 20-year-old and son of Sanjoy Das. Bishal Chandra Dam is also a 20-year-old boy and son of Binay Dam. Locals said that none of the three was wearing a headgear. Twenty somethings riding fast and meeting with an accident has turn out to be a regular affair in Cachar district.
