“We Bajrangi brothers have the capability to rip out the hearts of Jihadis” : Mithun Nath, VHP Cachar Secretary

Shambhu Kairi, a 16 year old member of Bajrang Dal was brutally killed at Karimganj’s Lowairpoa by a miscreant named Selim Uddin with “Dao” as he was on his way to home after attending a workshop of Bajrang Dal. After the incident tension arose in Karimganj district. Hundreds of Bajrang Dal workers hit the streets protesting against the brutal murder of Kairi.

Today members of Bajrang Dal and Viswa Hindu Parishad held a demonstration infront of Khudiram statue in Silchar protesting against Shambhu Kairi’s brutal killing. The protesters clashed with the Police while burning the effigy of killer Selim Uddin which led to a confrontation between them. Addressing the protestors, VHP’s Prantio Songothon Montri of Dakhin Purbo Pranta, Purna Chandra Mandal said, “This is not an isolated incident. Serial incidents are happening in Barak Valley one after another. We want Himanta Biswa Sharma to find out where these terrorists are from and where their roots lie. Selim Uddin is just a pawn but behind him is a deep rooted Jihadi conspiracy in Barak Valley. You all burn the Temples and Maths of Hindus in Bangladesh and also unclothe our gods and goddesses remorselessly but when the Hindus speak up we are blamed. VHP requests the intervention of the Central and State Government to uncover the Jihadi conspiracy going on all over India otherwise the country will suffer a lot. Today’s Hindu youth is walking around with pain in their chest. If that pain becomes a flame in the future, then those terrorists will be burnt to ashes and Barak valley will be on fire. The CM should look into the matter before Bajrang Dal and VHP hit the streets. How can Selim be so ferocious if ISI spies aren’t behind him? We have heard that members of banned organisation PFI have created another dummy organisation and are carrying out terrorist activities. Not a single Mulla, Moulovi or Muslim leader including Badaruddin Ajmal condemned Kairi’s killing because he was a member of Bajrang Dal and a nationalist. We demand the culprits involved behind Kairi’s killing to be hanged and a compensation of Rs. 50 lakhs to Kairi’s family as he was the only son of his old parents.”

Speaking to the protestors, Mithun Nath, VHP Cachar Secretary told “Kairi was not mentally prepared when the Jihadi attacked him from behind with a ‘dao’. I want to say to these Jihadis that if you all have got the guts then attack us Bajrangis from the front on our chest. Don’t attack from behind like a coward. A single Bajrangi boy can end Selim Uddin. We Bajrangi brothers have the capability to rip out the hearts of Jihadis. This murder is not a normal murder. Who are behind this? How did he know when the camp of Bajrang Dal will end? Where did he receive the training for killing like a professional? These are the matters of deep investigation. If you visit any restaurant or school/college you will see that Muslim boys try to allure Hindu girls by changing their name and do love jihad. Bajrang Dal is called communal when we try to give a befitting reply to such things. We respect the law of the land but everything has a limit. We won’t abide by the law when that limit is crossed. We have told Bajrangi boys of Lowairpoa that if a second attack happens again then they will give a befitting reply in the same manner. No one can dampen the spirit of Bajrangis by committing murder.”
