2800 kg Burmese betel nuts confiscated by Cachar Police; Three arrested
The mafias involved in the Burmese betel smuggling trade are adopting illusive tactics every day. Recently, several people have been caught by the police trying to smuggle betel nuts illegally. In fact, the Police has also nabbed one of the alleged masterminds running this nexus, Nayan Ghosh. But that didn’t bring the dead end to the fast driving crime.
