Coal Scam : Youth Congress demands installation of CCTV at the entry point of the District.

The Cachar district unit of Youth Congress has demanded installation of CCTVs at Malidahar to put a check on the alleged illegal coal trade in Barak Valley.
In a letter to Cachar Deputy Commissioner, the district chief of Youth Congress Javed Akhtar Laskar has said ” considering the circumstances, we demand installation of CCTV cameras and LCD screen at Malidahar and to record the movements for public viewing and also initiate CBI probe into the illegal coal syndicate at the earliest.

Making it clear that the Youth Congress would resort to massive agitation in the coming days if the demands are left unresponded, Laskar said that the steps would ensure detection of the foulplayers in the unholy business.
Laskar made it clear that Youth Congress is in no way involved in the process of eating commission as alleged by some miscreants. He urged the District Administration and Police to arrest those who are spreading such misinformation.
