Youth kidnapped from the Highway of Hailakandi. Restlessness prevails.

A youth was abducted on Sunday evening from the Bualipar market of Hailakandi District and there has been a lot of agitation throughout the district. Till this morning he is traceless. The name of the abducted young man is Zubair Ahmed Majumder, a resident of bualipar market area.

On Sunday morning, protest meeting was held in the market at Bualipar. The meeting was attended by the GP president Sarif Uddin and GP member Hilal Uddin along with more than 100 people. They were demanding the rescue of deaf & dumb young man Jubair Hussain.

It may be mentioned here that Zubair Ahmed Majumdar, son of Patta Ala Huzur was kidnapped by some unknown miscreants with the help of a white Maruti Alto 800 car on Saturday evening, around 5:30 pm.

Zubair’s elder brother Masuk Ahmed confirmed the news of the kidnapping and told the police that he had not been traced yet. Masuk Ahmed appealed to all to pass any information about Zubair through contact 9401237990 immediately.
