Headmaster accused of molesting minor students sent to jail

A characterless headmaster or a victim of a conspiracy? Headmaster of Pallimangal ME School Muchlim Uddin Mazumder was arrested yesterday from his residence in Algapur. Parents and guardians of students studying in the ME School lodged a complaint in Hailakandi Police station accusing headmaster Muchlim Uddin of molesting minor students studying in Palligram ME School. 

Hailakandi Police arrested the headmaster under The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences ( POCSO) Act, 2012. 8He was produced in the court today where the judge ordered him jail.

The parents allege that the headmaster is a serial offender and instead of teaching kids in school he molests them in broad daylight. They say that they have complained to the top officials in the district education department but no actions were taken against Muchlim Uddin Mazumder. That is why they were compelled to lodge a complain in the police station.

On the other hand, a section of people sense conspiracy against the veteran teacher. They have demanded for a fair investigation where each side is given equal opportunity to back their case.
