Exit poll predicts a TsuNamo; Modi to get a second term
The world’s largest democracy recently completed its 17th Lok Sabha Elections. It concluded after Seven Phase elections in 543 Lok Sabha Constituencies. An election exit poll is a poll of voters taken immediately after they have exited the polling stations, which party is winning in how many polling stations and who are forming the next Government, the survey named “exit poll” is all about it.
All these speculations and opinion will get expired on the 23rd of May. The results of the elections will be out on that day.
As per the exit poll of NDTV, in Assam, the results will be like- NDA 9, UPA 4, Others 1.
On the other side Times Now VMR survey says, NDA 6, UPA 7, Others 1.
News Nation’s survey presages, NDA 9-11, UPA 2-6 and Others 0.
According to News 18- NDA 8-10, UPA- 2-6, Others 0.
The Booth Return Survey at the Nationals say that for the second time BJP led NDA (National Democratic Alliance) is going to form the government, after crossing the Magic Figure (273) easily. That is to say, NDA is much ahead of the Magic Figure (273). Coalition Government has been in power since 1989 until the 2014 Lok Sabha Elections. NDA Government came to power in 2014 winning 282 seats in the centre. A poll says that the flow is going to continue in this time too.
According to Republic TV-C Voter,
NDA: 287 UPA: 128 MGB: 40 Others: 87.
News Nation
BJP: 282-290 UPA 118-126 Others: 130-138
Times Now network’s exit poll mentioned NDA and UPA will win 306 and 132 seats respectively. Others will win over 104 seats.
Booth Return Test, as the name says is an exit poll done as soon a voter comes out of the polling station after voting. This survey is done just to give an idea about the wave that which party might form the next government. But there is no such guarantee that the results of an exit poll will always match with the final election results. Again, there may be variations in the exit poll numbers of a different organisation, which is quite self-explanatory from the above. The solution of all the conundrums will be available on the 23rd of May.
