Suman Choudhury, media expert, district health department took the opportunity to share that when an ambulance is sent to pick a patient, most times they delay the process saying they want board later or after having lunch or talking to their family members. A few of them also say they want to opt for home treatment.
“Given the situation we are in, it’s important that we follow the protocols. The ambulance drivers go the extra mile to transfer patients back and forth. And yet people go on social media to post wrong facts. We hope citizens will act more responsibly in the coming days,” he shared.
