Tragic! Four people died in Panchgram while cleaning the well

Four people have died in a tragic accident today morning in Panchgram. These four individuals died after they fell into a domestic well. A fifth person is seriously injured and struggling for life in Silchar Medical College and Hospital.

This incident happened in the village Bakrihawar Part I in Panchgram area of Hailakandi District. According to the available information, while cleaning the domestic well, one of them accidentally fell and drowned. While trying to save him, three other men too got stuck inside one after another. The four deceased are Rashid Ahmed, Nazim Uddin, Abu Suhel, and Hasib Uddin.

Other individuals in the village also tried to save them but injured themselves in the process. The injured Sohid Ahmed and Sojib Uddin are right now admitted to the Silchar Medical College and Hospital.

The bodies were recovered by SDRF later when police were called by the locals.
