Cachar Congress President Tamal Kanti Banik rubbishes Karnendu Bhattacharjee's death news, "Still Alive," he says

Senior Congress leader and former Member of Parliament, Karnendu Bhattachrjee is undergoing treatment in a private hospital in Noida. Even though multiple reports have surfaced claiming his demise last night, Cachar Congress President has confirmed that the news is fake and just rumours.

Today morning, news have surfaced about the demise of former Member of Parliament Karnendu Bhattacharjee at Noida last night. The news has been rubbished by Cachar Congress President Tamal Kanti Banik.

In a telephonic conversation, the Congress President confirmed Barak Bulletin that he is still alive. According to sources, Karnendu Bhattachrjee is hospitalised and the treatment is responding as well.

Former colleague of Karnendu Bhattacharjee, ex-Cachar Congress spokesperson who has now joined Trinamool Congress, Jyotirindra Dey also mocked the reports claiming Bhattacharjee has died. He wrote, “Killing all rumours around his death, evergreen Karnendu Da is still alive.”
