"Modi Ki Guarantee" Becomes "NDA Sarkar" in Narendra Modi's Speech, Promises Strong 3.0

The election results as it stands, NDA is at 290, INDI Alliance is at 235 and others are at 18. BJP according to the Election Commission of India data is ahead at 240 seats. This means, unlike 2019, Narendra Modi won’t be a Prime Minister with an absolute majority for the BJP. However, the BJP-led pre-poll alliance has crossed the magic figure of 272.

JP Nadda, the National President of BJP addressed the gathering at the party headquarters and introduced Narendra Modi as the Prime Minister of the country. He also announced there will be a Modi 3.0 ruling out speculations of a crack in the NDA.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated the Election Commission of India for conducting an election of unprecedented scale creating global history. He emphasised that this election with such participation establishes India as the largest democracy in the world.

During his speech, he congratulated, N. Chandrababu Naidu for leading NDA to victory in Andhra Pradesh, Nitish Kumar for leading NDA to victory. “I bow down before the trust of the voters of the India,” said Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

“Personally, it is a very emotional moment for me. This is the first election that was contested after the demise of my mother. But the crores of mothers in this country did not let me feel the absence of my mother,” asserted Modi.

“The opposition despite forming an alliance and coming together, could not win as many seats as the BJP have,” said Modi, while congratulating the cadres of the party.

“We Indians will work together and take the nation ahead. The nation will take some huge decisions going forward and this is Modi’s guarantee to the people of the country,” asserted Modi.

Modi also promised that the NDA government will continue work with full efforts to make India the number three economy of the world. He also shared from the dias that the nation will play a pivotal role in global issues like Green mobility and other issues. “A strong India will help make a strong world” asserted Prime Minister Modi.

“The fight against corruption is becoming tough because of Political intervention,” said Modi while promising a stringent approach against corruption. Worth mentioning here that when BJP Minister Nirmala Sitharaman was asked if corrupt people are welcome in BJP, she responded, “Our door is open for all.” Ajit Pawar, who was arrested in charges of corruption, his wife, Sunetra Pawar, got cleared in Rs 25,000 crore bank scam and contested for the NDA alliance. So PM Modi’s promise against corruption would need him to deal with some skeletons in his cupboard.

“It is the first time in the last six decades, the voters of India have given a mandate in favour of the third term. The way the party workers under the leadership of National President, JP Nadda worked with the Nation First mantra despite all the challenges, I bow down before them. I bow down before the 140 crore people of India,” asserted Modi.

Modi and Nadda were joined by Amit Shah and Rajnath Singh in his address to the nation.
