The Assam Direct Recruitment Examination (ADRE) 2024 results are set to be released on 7 March 2025, as per an official announcement by Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. A total of over 18 lakh candidates who appeared for the exams are gearing up to check their results, including 75,707 candidates from Barak Valley alone.

According to a notice issued on 5 March 2025, the provisional results of the OMR-based written examination for various Class III posts (advertised under notification SLRC-G-I/91/Advertisement/2023/2 dated 30-10-2023) will be available on 7 March. Candidates can access their results on the official websites of Assam State School Education Board, Div-I (erstwhile SEBA) at www.site.sebaonline.org and Govt. of Assam at www.assam.gov.in.

The notice also mentions that successful candidates will have to appear for the next level of tests and document verification, details of which will be announced later. Furthermore, the results of qualified candidates are provisional and subject to verification of eligibility criteria and documents submitted during the application process.

Candidates can check their results by following these steps:
1. Visit the official website of the State Level Recruitment Commission (SLRC): www.sebaonline.org.
2. On the homepage, find the result link for the State Level Recruitment Commission Result for Class III Posts.
3. Select the appropriate grade level and click on the link.
4. Enter the required details such as Application Number and Password (used during application and admit card download).
5. View and download the result for future reference.

Additionally, the cut-off marks for each category of posts in respect of Paper-III, Paper-IV, and Paper-V will also be published on the official website of SEBA on the same day. Candidates are advised to check the official portal for further details.

The ADRE 2024 aims to fill a total of 12,600 vacancies across various Grade III and Grade IV posts. However, with over 18 lakh candidates appearing for the exams, the competition remains intense. In Barak Valley, 75,707 candidates took part in the exams, including 47,016 from Cachar, 8,049 from Sribhumi (formerly Karimganj), and 19,119 from Hailakandi.

As the result day approaches, best wishes to all the aspirants awaiting their outcomes. While some will secure their desired positions, many may not, given the limited number of vacancies. Those who do not make it this time should not lose hope and continue striving for future opportunities.
