Please note, mental health is a serious concern and needs to be addressed with care and empathy. Suicide is never the solution. It is important to talk to someone you trust when overwhelmed. Similarly, if someone chooses to open up to you, listen without judgement. Your time and kindness could be the very reason someone decides to keep going. Let’s all be more mindful and compassionate—because sometimes, listening can save a life.
