BJP's Bijoy Malakar wins the Ratabari Bye Poll election

Breaking news coming in from Karimganj as the BJP’s candidate Bijoy Malakar wins the Ratabari Bye Poll election.

BJP won the election with total of 68,512 votes whereas Congress’s candidate Keshav Prasad Rajak got 44,530 votes. BJP won the seat with a margin of 23,982 votes. The party workers have started celebrating the victory by bursting firecrackers.

It can be mentioned here that total of 115478 voters out of 164312 of Ratabari exercised their franchise on October 21 to decide the fate of 4 candidates. 70.28 vote casting was recorded on the day.
