Breaking News: Sonai MLA Aminul Haque discharged from hospital

A great sigh of relief for the people of Barak Valley as the Sonai MLA Aminul Haque Laskar was snapped today afternoon leaving Gracewell Hospital in a wheelchair. Yesterday, he was shifted from the intensive care unit to a private cabin following a significant improvement in his medical conditions.

Today, after checking all the reports and taking his progress into consideration the team of medical experts decided to discharge him. He has reached home and his family members are relieved and happy at the MLA’s homecoming. His close aides expressed on Social Media that the MLA was filled with energy even when he was undergoing treatment in the hospital. “He met everybody and spoke to everyone with a smiling face,” posted a close aide.

On September 18, 2018, the MLA got dressed up to attend an event, but lost consciousness all of a sudden. He was immediately rushed to the private nursing home and admitted in the ICU. (Read details here) The family members informed us back then, that irregularity in blood pressure, sugar levels and sodium count were the causes behind his losing consciousness. The family and the MLA thanked the team of doctors and nurses for their hard work and support.
