Breaking: Youth dies in Udharbond Kalibari Road Puja Pandal due to electric shock

In an unfortunate turn of affairs, a 22-year-old boy has lost his life. According to the latest available information, Sujan Das electrician by profession was working inside the pandal premises last night when he encountered a shock.

The secretary of the Puja Committee said that he is unaware of the consequences and the pandal has been contracted to the decorators and so, the correspondent must reach out with the decorators.

Udharbond Kalibari Road Durga Puja Committee is one of the biggest puja committees in Barak Valley and one of the largest attractions.

Sources in the Silchar Medical College and Hospital informed that Sujan Das was brought to the hospital at 2:00 am on September 30. In the Casualty Department, the patient was attended by the doctors and he was declared dead.

The 22-year-old male is a resident of Bairagi Tilla in Cachar. “The patient was brought to casualty and found dead on examination. Exact cause of death to be determined after Post Mortem examination. Dead body handed over to the police for post mortem,” stated the medical
