Cachar District Administration Prepares for Assam Direct Recruitment Phase-3 Exams

The Cachar district administration is intensifying preparations for the upcoming Assam Direct Recruitment Examination (ADRE) Phase-3, scheduled for October 27, 2024. Under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner Mridul Yadav, a high-level coordination meeting was held to strategise the smooth and secure execution of the exam for thousands of candidates.

During the meeting, DC Yadav underscored the importance of a fair and transparent recruitment process, which is vital for maintaining public trust. Key officials present included District Development Commissioner Norsing Bey, Superintendent of Police Numal Mahato, Additional Superintendent of Police (Headquarters) Subrata Sen, and other Additional District Commissioners and representatives from the SEBA Regional Office and other line departments.

Highlighting the need for a coordinated approach, DC Yadav assigned specific roles to various departments, aiming for effective collaboration in all aspects of the exam day operations, including traffic management and security. He called for vigilance and teamwork to ensure that standards are upheld.

Plans for managing the movement of candidates and officials were meticulously reviewed, with a focus on preventing congestion near examination centers. Comprehensive security measures will be implemented at all venues to ensure a safe environment, with a commitment to transparency throughout the process.

DC Yadav reiterated that the ADRE represents a significant step in Assam’s recruitment journey, highlighting the administration’s dedication to fairness and integrity. He encouraged all departments to contribute their utmost efforts, reinforcing the belief that thorough preparations will foster candidate confidence and strengthen public trust in the recruitment system.
