Cachar Police arrests stunt biker from Silchar, two modified bikes seized

Cachar Police arrested a stunt biker after his videos were found online by the police. Last evening, the Silchar Sadar Police arrested this stunt biker and seized two bikes which were modified and used in bike stunts. After Assam Police launched this campaign against bikers violating road safety rules, this is the first such arrest by Cachar Police.

Rukhsar Ahmed, a resident of Itkhola Silchar was arrested last evening by the Cachar Police for his stunt videos. His videos were uploaded online on YouTube channel, Facebook and Instagram pages. When the videos were found by the police, he was arrested last evening and two of his modified bikes were also seized by the police.

Taking to social media, Cachar Police wrote, “Cachar Police arrested a stunt biker named Rukhsar Ahmed Laskar S/O Lt. Rafique Uddin Laskar of Itkhola, PS- Silchar, Cachar and seized 2 modified sports bikes. He uploaded footages of performing motorcycle stunts on his Instagram account.”

Rukhsar Ahmed who goes by the name Rukser_stunt online has uploaded multiple stunt videos online. Other than reckless bike riding, the videos also includes wheelie stunts, riding with over three pillion, playing with fire while riding the bike. Most of his videos were shot on the mahasadak or the East-West Corridor in Silchar.
