FIR lodged against JK Daniel for anti-hindu remarks

An FIR has been lodged against a facebook account named JK Daniel for posting vulgar and disrespectful comments against Hindu religion. The post is said to “shed violence and communal riots” in the society and appeal has been made for taking necessary action against the account in the FIR. Few screenshots of the comment and his profile have also been attached alongwith the FIR.

The comment deliberately uses obscene words against the Hindu mythological characters Ram, Sita, Laxman and Hanuman.

While the current city of the account shows as Guwahati his hometown is written as Karimganj.

Biswarup Bhattacharjee, Bishal Roy, Sunny Dey and Rohit Chanda were present while filing the FIR at Silchar Sadar Police Station.
