Massive fire in a shoe warehouse in Panpatty

In a shocking turn of affairs, fire broke in a multi-storey commercial building in Panpatty Silchar.

Several engines of Fire Brigade has rushed to the spot. Water supply of the Goldighi mall is being used to bring the fire under control.

According to available information, the fire broke out at a shoe store named Vishal Footwear. In the same building there was a warehouse too.

Adjacent to the building, there is the heavily crowded red light area. The firemen are alert and taking steps to control the fire if spreads to the red light area. So far, the fire is limited to one building itself.

The fire in the business hub has caused a lot of panic in the area.
