Narendra Modi to visit Silchar on Aprill 11; “BJP will get minority votes too” says Rajdeep Roy
Gear up Silchar, some high decibel days ahead. Barak Bulletin broke the news couple of days back that Congress president Rahul Gandhi is going to visit SIlchar on April 9, 2019, today, BJP candidate Rajdeep Roy confirmed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Silchar on April 11.
Modi will campaign for both Silchar candidate Rajdeep Roy and party’s choice from Karimganj, Kripanath Mallah. Roy, speaking to our correspondent said chief minister Sarbananda Sonowal and NEDA chief Himanta Biswa Sarma will also join the PM . Modi will address the gathering at Ramnagar field where he gave a speech in front of a historic crowd on January 4, 2019.
Roy spoke about the existing rallies too, he said that BJP has gained popularity and trust across cast, community and creed. According to him, Narendra Modi’s policies helped a total of 40 crore individuals living in India of which close to 7 lakh are from Assam. “It is not true that only Hindus vote for BJP but people from the tea community, minorities are also supporting the party too
He is optimistic that the the tea garden workers with support him by voting for BJP.
