NF Railways restores Silchar - Dullabcherra Passenger Train: Will depart from Silchar every Mon and Wed

Finally after months of off track, Silchar Dullabcherra will roll again as Railways has approved running of Silchar Dullabcherra passenger train w.e.f. 31st Jan.

In a notification issued on Saturday, NF Railway said that the it has decided to restore the service of the said train from 31st Jan as biweekly passenger train.

The train will depart from Silchar at 5:30pm and reach Dullabcherra by 9:30 pm. It will halt at Badarpur, New Karimganj, Karimganj, Nilambazar, Bsilaraigram, Eralligul, Phakoagram, Bazarghat, Ratabari, Anipur and Dullabcherra. From Dullabcherra, the train will depart at morning 5:30am and reach Silchar by 9:40 am.

From Silchar, the train will operate on Monday and Wednesday whereas from Dullabcherra the train will operate on Tuesday and Thursday. The rake will consist of 10 coaches with primary maintenance at Silchar.
