Later when they knocked at his door with lunch at around 2 PM, he did not respond. “The staff came and told me that he is not opening the door. So, I along with the security officials deployed by the district administration went upstairs to check on him,” added the manager.

Despite banging the door several times, when K Ravi Kumar did not open the door, they peeped through the ventilator and saw him hanging from the fan.
