"Find me the most beautiful girl or else will murder you" eve-teaser Dilwar threatens teachers

25-year-old Dilwar Hussain chased a group of school-going girls yesterday and started teasing them. Not only that, Dilwar, allegedly abused each one of them and asked to skip school and go out with him. The students of Gobindapur High School located in Baskandi area started running to escape the torture. They went to the headmaster’s office and informed all the teachers about their uneasy experience.

The headmaster then decided to send the security guard to Dilwar’s house which happened to be in the vicinity itself. The security guard, as instructed went to Dilwar’s house and informed his mother about her son’s activity. This irked Dilwar and he called a few friends crying for vengeance. Dilwar and his friends armed with, ‘dau’, ‘shabol’ (sharp weapons), screwdriver reached the school and barged into the office room where all teachers were seated.

“He questioned us on our decision to send people at his home. He told us that he will tease girls walking to school and he will do that every day. Not only that, he also asked the headmaster to find him the most beautiful girl in the school so that he could marry her otherwise he would murder teachers,” informs a teacher who was present at the office room.

The teachers tried to inform Dilwar’s family members about the incident but received no cooperation. Eventually, teachers along with the students visited Silchar Sadar Thana (Police Station) and lodged complaints.

One of the girls teased by Dilwar says, “He has been doing this to us for almost a month now. We did not tell anyone as that would bother our parents and they will stop us from going to school. But yesterday it crossed all limits, he started pulling our clothes, abusing us… so we had to inform the teachers.”

What action the Police takes remains to be seen. For now, the walk to school is not that safe for students of East Gobindapur High School.
