Notice issued by NFR

Also, the authorities have tightened the security believing that the train communication through this district may get disrupted, which will further hamper movement of both passengers and goods. The group clashes between supporters of Rail Blockade party and opponents cannot be ruled out.

The forum had called for a strike on numerous occasions earlier but after been given assurance, they called it off every time. A source had shared with us that even after meeting the railway authorities for more than 15 times; their genuine demands have always been ignored. “Not being able to fulfill their promises again and again is a clear indication that the railway authority has no intention to solve the problem, and in that case, they should be prepared to invite more their way,” the source added.
