Ramnagar-Sonabarighat bye-pass project needs immediate attention

Ramnagar-Sonabarighat Bye-pass, a key road for diverting Mizoram bound heavy vehicles, was scheduled to be completed by April, 2017 but it is miles away from finishing stage.

This road will eventually connect with Mahasadak after completion of the Bridge over River Barak at Sonabarighat.

Progress of Construction work of the Bridge also not as per time schedule. Our PWD minister visited the site a few days ago and expressed dissatisfaction.

Hope that it will be completed within this April. Our PWD minister, son of the soil, should take care of this.
