Road Mishap: 1 Police Personal Died in Karimganj

A police personal from Ratabari PS died in a road mishap today near Kanishail, Patelnagar area of Karimganj. The deceased Police personal is Joydeep Paul, who was employed at Ratabari Police Station.

Today Joydip Paul went to Karimganj for duty purposes. He was riding a scooty, and while returning from Karmganj, his scooty collided face to face with an alto car (AS 10E 8781) coming from the opposite direction, OC of Ratabari PS told Barak Bulletin.

Joydip Paul sustained a fatal injury and was initially taken to Karimganj Civil Hospital. From there, Joydip was referred to Silchar Medical College for better treatment. He was then taken to Silchar Medical College, where he succumbed to injuries.
