Teacher in Cachar dies at the coridoor of classroom moments after taking class

In a tragic turn of affairs, 57-year-old teacher collapsed to death moments after delivering his lecture. The incident took place at Swadhin Bazar High School.

Noor Ahmed Choudhury, a resident of Natun Ramnagar Part V who teaches English went to the school like other days. He took his class as per the routine and as he stepped out after the class, the students saw him collapsing.

Immediately, his colleagues and other students rushed to check on him. To their dismay, they  realised that Noor Ahmed Choudhury has already breathed his last.

Sonai MLA, Karimuddin Barbhuiya expressed his condolences, “Noor Ahmed Choudhury, teacher of Sadhin Bazar High School and resident of Natun Ramnagar Part-V, left for heavenly abode today. It gives me immense grief to not be able to attend his Janaza as I am out of station. My heartfelt condolences to his grieving family and prayers for the departed soul,” he posted on Twitter.

Noor Ahmed Choudhury leaves behind his wife, three sons and one daughter along with hundreds of students.
