Tragic Road Accident Claims Life of Karimganj DC Office Worker

A sad turn of event has engulfed the Karimganj District Commissioner’s Office with grief as a worker from the office has tragically died following a road accident.

On the night of May 17, Saumen Ghose, a worker from the Karimganj DC Office, met with this unfortunate incident while heading back home. The accident occurred when an e-rickshaw reportedly hit him, resulting in severe injuries.

Following the incident, he was taken to Silchar Medical College and Hospital. Unfortunately, despite medical efforts, his life could not be saved. In the early hours of May 18, he succumbed to his injuries and passed away at Silchar Medical College and Hospital.

His death has had a profound impact on his loved ones and colleagues, as the community and his workplace mourn his loss. This incident highlights the importance of being vigilant while on the road.
