Unidentified body with severed head found at Silchar Railway Station near Tarapur

The body of an unidentified person was found with a severed head at the Silchar Railway Station in Tarapur area. According to the locals, the incident occurred on Wednesday night at around 10 pm when a train ran over the person. The railway police were informed immediately by the locals after the gruesome discovery was made.

Railway police officials rushed to the spot and recovered the body. The body has been sent to Silchar Medical College and Hospital for autopsy.
