Manipur CM Campaigns For Udharbond BJP Candidate Rajdeep Goala

With the Assam Assembly elections drawing near, campaign activities have intensified across the state. In this context, Manipur Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh arrived in Udharbond to campaign in support of BJP candidate Rajdeep Goala from the Udharbond constituency in Cachar district.

A massive election rally was held at Rongpur, where thousands of party workers and supporters gathered. Addressing the crowd, Khemchand Singh urged voters to ensure a landslide victory for the BJP candidate.

Highlighting the party’s contribution to the Northeast, he said, “It was Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s BJP government who gave the DONER Ministry, and before that, there was no special package for the North East before that. Now Modi ji is taking India forward, and at the same time, Himanta Biswa Sarma is developing Assam at a very speedy pace.”

He further stated that Assam has witnessed significant transformation under the leadership of Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma and stressed that there is no alternative to the BJP if the development momentum is to continue.

Appealing to the people of Udharbond, he urged them to vote for the lotus symbol once again and help in forming the BJP government for the overall development of Assam.
