
Ambulance Carrying Dead Body Crashes into Truck in Cachar, Leaves Two Seriously Injured
In a horrifying turn of events on the Silchar-Guwahati National Highway, an ambulance reportedly lost control and rammed into a stationary truck in Cachar’s Digarkhal area. The ambulance was transporting a dead body from Guwahati to Silchar when the crash occurred. The incident has left two individuals seriously injured, raising concerns about emergency vehicle safety on this busy route.
According to initial reports, the accident happened when the speeding ambulance suddenly lost control. As it veered off its path, it collided with a truck that was parked the highway. The ambulance was reportedly carrying a dead body when it met with the accident. The collision caused significant damage to the front of the vehicle and left the accompanying passengers in a critical condition.
The two individuals who were travelling in the ambulance along with the dead body have sustained serious injuries in the crash. Local residents who were nearby at the time of the accident immediately rushed to the scene and helped to rescue the injured. The injured individuals were later sent to a nearby hospital for urgent medical treatment. Their condition is currently reported to be critical.
Following the rescue of the injured, the dead body that was originally being transported in the ambulance was recovered by the local people at the accident site. The body was then carefully placed in another vehicle and sent forward to its intended destination. Locals played a vital role in ensuring that the situation did not worsen further and assisted authorities until help arrived.
