Ayodhya Journey Turns Fatal for Binnakandi Teacher, Family Hospitalised

A tragic road accident in Ayodhya has claimed the life of Krishna Kalwar Singh, a 35-year-old teacher from Binnakandi Ghat, Lakhipur. She was on a pilgrimage with her husband, Mukesh Singh, and their two-and-a-half-year-old daughter when the accident occurred. The mishap, which took place late Friday night, left Mukesh critically injured, while their young daughter and two relatives sustained minor injuries.

Krishna Kalwar Singh, an assistant teacher at Palorbond Garden High School, had embarked on the spiritual journey with her family, seeking blessings in the holy city of Ayodhya. The family was travelling to Allahabad in a private vehicle when their car met with a severe accident in Prayagraj. The collision proved fatal for Krishna, who lost her life at the scene. Her husband Mukesh Singh, aged 41, is currently battling for his life at Swaroop Rani Hospital in Allahabad.

The family’s two-and-a-half-year-old daughter, though injured, is reportedly out of danger. Two close relatives accompanying them also sustained injuries but are receiving treatment for less severe wounds. Despite their physical stability, the emotional toll on the family is immeasurable.

Mukesh Singh, a resident of Binnakandi Ghat, is now receiving medical care under critical observation. His condition remains a cause for concern, with doctors closely monitoring his progress. The couple’s young daughter is also being treated for her injuries, but her condition has been described as stable.
