Grade III results of Direct Recruitment to be declared on Nov 6, qualified students to fill 13,300 vacancies

The results for the Grade-III examination under Assam Direct Recruitment Commission will be declared on November 6. The results will be live on the website of the State Education Board of Assam, sebaonline.org. This was informed by the Chief Minister of Assam through a tweet today. 

The examination for the Grade-III posts was held on August 28 this year. 8,52,181 applied for the examination for just 13,300 vacancies for this post. In Cachar, which was the centre for Karimganj and Hailakandi as well, 80,500 students applied for the examination and 72,564 sat on the day of the exam across 114 centres.

In his tweet, the Chief Minister of Assam, Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma wrote, “I am glad to inform that the results of the written examination held for recruitment for Class III posts of GOA shall be announced on 6 th November 2022 by the State Level Recruitment Commission for Class III posts.”

Last week the State Level Recruitment Commission feared the results for Grade IV posts online through the portal of SEBA. There are a total of 13,441 vacancies in Grade IV posts which will be filled by the students who cleared the first stage of the examination under direct recruitment.

It is worth mentioning here that, the CM had also announced earlier that, those who don’t clear the examination will get their application fees back in the account. The written examinations of the State Level Recruitment Commission for Grade-III were held across 1903 centres in 25 districts of the state on Sunday.
